Antenatal & Postnatal Classes in Coventry

Antenatal & postnatal support for couples in Coventry

Becoming a parent is one of life’s biggest transitions, exciting, emotional, and sometimes overwhelming.

At Mama Do Birth & Beyond, I offer calm, evidence-based antenatal and postnatal support to help you feel confident, informed, and genuinely prepared for birth and early parenthood.

Whether you’re expecting your first baby or adding to your family, my classes and support are designed to guide bothparents through pregnancy, birth, and the weeks beyond, without judgement, pressure, or fear-based information.

This is a space where questions are welcome, choices are respected, and no one is expected to “just know” what to do.
